An online service that is the closest you'll come to having a personal trainer and nutritional therapist at your fingertips for a fraction of the cost. We train you in line with your body type because one size does not fit all.
HOW IT WORKS
Complete your questionnaire and we'll create for you a personal exercise and nutritional plan. The Addict plan offers constant communication. You will be required to complete a report at the end of each month and we will design your next progression. The Enthusiast plan has your 3 month progressions built into your initial programme.
