HOW IT WORKS
Fat loss, as opposed to weight loss, may sound a little harsh but put simply, fat is all we want to lose. We do not want to lose lean muscle tissue, our aim is to maintain as much muscle as possible whilst losing fat. Muscle has a positive effect on metabolism, the more muscle we have the more fat we burn...even whilst sitting still.
